Mecum Auctions, the world’s largest collector-car auction company, will return to SEMA 2018 in Las Vegas this Oct. 30 through Nov. 2 as an exhibitor with its Mecum Mobile Experience (MME) as well as a booth to promote its increasing number of Vegas-based events.
The Mecum Mobile Experience, a 53-foot transport hauler complete with video screens and interactive displays, will be located in the Silver Lot #1 (booth #61041). Accompanying the MME will be several featured offerings consigned for auction at Mecum’s Las Vegas 2018 collector-car auction, set to take place Nov. 15-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The auction will feature an estimated 1,000 American muscle cars, classics, Corvettes, exotics, Hot Rods, Resto Mods and more.
Additionally, Mecum Auctions will have booth #24392 in the Restoration Marketplace located in the LVCC’s Central Hall. This booth will feature information about Mecum’s upcoming Vegas-based collector-car auction as well as the company’s Las Vegas 2019 Vintage and Antique Motorcycle Auction slated for Jan. 22-27 at South Point Hotel & Casino. Among the motorcycle auction’s estimated 1,750 consignments will be more than 230 motorcycles from the celebrated MC Collection of Stockholm, Sweden.
Scott Hoke and John Kraman, hosts and commentators for Mecum Auctions’ broadcasts on NBC Sports Network, will appear at the MME throughout SEMA to provide information about Mecum Auctions and the processes of consigning vehicles for auctions and registering to bid. Hoke and Kraman, who have spent the past 11 years together on Mecum Auctions’ broadcasts, are scheduled to appear from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30, Wednesday, Oct. 31 and Thursday, Nov. 1.
